Maintenance Director

Highbanks is currently looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director. This is a full time position at our 56 bed facility located in Columbus, Ohio. The Maintenance Director is responsible for developing and implementing facility maintenance policies and procedures in and efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

The Maintenance Director also ensures that the facility and its assets are in good working order at all times and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a long term care setting. Strong both written and verbal communication skills are required. We are committed to excellence and resident satisfaction.
